Вища рада правосуддя звільнила 65-річного суддю з Івано-Франківська

On February 21, 2023, the High Council of Justice dismissed 65-year-old Judge Yuriy Dmytrovych Shkryblyak from the position of Judge of the Ivano-Frankivsk Appeal Court. On July 29, 2022, Yuriy Dmytrovych reached the age of 65, at which his powers as a judge ceased.

Yuriy Dmytrovych Shkryblyak graduated from the Kharkiv Law Institute. From September 1986 to January 1994 he worked in the prosecutor’s office of the Ivano-Frankivsk region in the position of senior investigator of the city of Yaremche. In December 1993 he was elected to the position of judge of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Court (now the Ivano-Frankivsk Appeal Court). In March 2004 he was elected as a judge without term.
